Hide the question inside a crossword
They solve a puzzle about the two of you — first date, the trip, the song — and the marked squares quietly spell the question. You just have to be there for the last letter.

Circled squares spell MARRY — the message only reads once the puzzle is complete.
How the hidden message works
Add a message like “MARRY ME” and the builder marks squares whose letters spell it. On screen, finishing the puzzle triggers the reveal; on paper, the circled squares carry it. The builder checks your words contain every letter the message needs and tells you exactly what's missing before you commit.
Make the clues do the storytelling
Each clue is a memory: the coffee shop, the concert, the nickname. By the time the grid is nearly full, they know exactly what's happening — which is the point. Write clues yourself or let the theme helper draft them from a sentence, then edit until they're perfect.
Solve on a screen or on one knee with paper
One payment unlocks the shareable link (solve it on a tablet at the spot where you met) and a printable PDF if the plan involves paper, candlelight, and a pen. The answer key stays on its own page — no accidental spoilers.
Common questions
- Will they see the message early?
- The marked squares are visible but meaningless until enough letters are in. The message itself is never shown before the puzzle is complete.
- What if my words can't spell the message?
- The builder tells you which letters are missing while you type, so you can add a word or tweak the message before paying.
- Can I schedule it to arrive on a specific day?
- Yes — at checkout you can set a recipient email and a delivery date, and the puzzle arrives that morning.
